I don't have the names of the people who mentioned these, but I thought they were very good ideas for CERT members: Road ID - worn on your wrist or as dog tags, which can have contact information and medical information to be used in an emergency. Through some research, their site is at: www.roadid.com Nextdoor.com is a site where you can see and contact your immediate neighbors, for use in an emergency or whenever there is a situation that you need to be aware of. When you register, it tells you if you have any neighbors already on there. If not, go ahead and register and start your own! Great idea for CERT use in a local emergency. BioLite - Makes camping stoves that burn wood to cook with, and produce electricity, enough to charge a cell phone in an emergency! Their website is at www.biolitestove.com/products/biolite-campstove if you are interested. If you have used these, please post your comments and experience with them.
