Don't forget about this up and coming event! Go show your face and let the event coordinators know that CERT is alive and well. This would be a great place to find out if there are volunteer opportunities that you could assist with, and build the CERT presence in our communities.
I am posting elsewhere some Community activities that you can check out, if you want to get your friends and neighbors more actively involved with CERT training and general preparedness activities. It can't help to develop some people YOU can turn to for assistance in a crisis, right?
