I found this while searching for evacuation lists: Emergency Evacuation Checklist has a number of items and ideas that we should all think about if we were forced to leave for whatever reason. Some of the more important items probably should be kept in a Go Bag that can be grabbed and thrown in the car. Evacuation doesn't have to be out of town, it could be just a temporary relocation due to fire, flooding, or service disruptions in your area. There are basic needs that have to be met so consider those when assembling your 'Go Bag'.
