Attached are some photos of triage tags I made - the kit he showed us during class was over $100 on Amazon! This was cheap and each page makes 10 tags. I reached my max attachment limit with the photos, next post will have the PDF file to print. I looked at triage tags online and copied a lot of the content to make these. Make sure to print without margins!
1. Get 2 sheets of each color construction paper (mine was 9x12, had to cut it down to 8.5x11) and 2 sheets white. 2. Print "Triage Tag" page on one sheet of each color; turn them over and stick them back in the printer. 3. Print the "Inside" page on all sheets. 4. Take your two green sheets, place them together with the "inside" parts facing each other, and slide them BOTH into the same laminate sleeve. Run through laminator. 5. Repeat with all colors. 6. Cut apart, making sure to leave the outside edge intact (to serve as the hinge). 7. Punch hole in hinge side of each tag. 8. Loop rubber band through.
Finished!
