Ok, see screen shot for what I currently have on my phone;
1. ICE (in case of emergency, has your vital info for people treating you)
2. First Aid, by Red Cross (VERY good; you can even test yourself)
3. TriageTerritory (The triage app mentioned in class, very simple and straightforward)
4. Nextdoor (social community app mentioned in class)
5. Tapatalk (app for this forum
6. FEMA (has place in app to submit photos of disaster to FEMA
7. Animated knots (not free, but definitely the best knot app out there)
8. SAS Survival (not free, but has the ENTIRE SAS book, no internet needed once downloaded)
9. DeployPro (CERT specific app, best one on the list; see below)
10. Emergency Alerts (pre-installed on phone for national alerts)
11. Scanner Radio (Use internet to listen to a scanner! Has several Knox emer. channels)
The best by far is the DeployPro; has the entire manual that was handed out to us in an easy to use format, a map function where anyone can put markers, and others can see it, and about 5-6 other CERT-specific features.
NOTE: This app works on several of our phones, but does not show up in the app store for my newest phone (Droid Turbo); I e-mailed the company, and the e-mailed the work-around below - now it works great! The files was 6MB, too large for this site, so I posted a download link to my dropbox below.

Hi Scott,
Try installing this apk file on your phone. My guess is it works just fine on your phone, but the play store doesn't recognize it. It's something we're looking at.
If you know anyone else with the same problem, feel free to share the apk
You'll need to change a setting on your phone that allows you to install apps that werent downloaded from the play store.
